- It didn't take me long to realize that working in an office would nearly kill me. It is my number one priority to avoid this lifestyle by any means necessary.
- I love lifting weights. Deep down inside I am a meat-head. It is hard to admit this, but it's about time I be honest with myself .
- I feel most comfortable around my best friends, my family, my clients, my teammates and in the weight room.
- My two sisters inspire me more then they'll ever known, each in their own way.
- I enjoy challenges more than the end result (www.trainrogue.com).
- I believe reading can make a dumb person smarter.
- Money is simply a vehicle to enjoy my life: it is not the end goal.
- Rugby is the best sport known to man-kind. I am blessed to be able to play for such an incredible club (www.glendalerugby.com).
- I love video-games (maybe too much).
- I enjoy cooking and think I am a better cook than I actually am. But my girlfriend thinks I am great.
